Accessibility

Buying a home is complicated enough. Nobody should have a harder time getting information from us because of a disability.
We work to keep lesserlending.com usable for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or voice control. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not something bolted on afterward.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Specific measures on this site include:
We'd rather tell you this than let you discover it.
Parts of this site rely on third-party software we don't control — our online application portal, our scheduling calendar, and our review display. We've chosen vendors who state a commitment to accessibility, but we can't guarantee every element inside those tools meets the same standard as the pages around them.
If a third-party tool blocks you, that isn't the end of the road. Every single thing on this site can also be done by phone. Applications, rate questions, scheduling, program eligibility — call us and a person will walk through it with you.
If you run into a barrier on this site, we want to know. Not for a report — so we can fix it and so you can get what you came for in the meantime.
When you reach out, it helps if you can tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what device or assistive technology you were using. But reach out either way.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within three business days.
Accessibility isn't a box we check once. As we add pages, tools, and features, we review them against the same standard. This statement will be updated as that work continues.
